Today was started by an interesting event for me and my colleague; occasionally we met Secretary General of IFLA 1990 in Stockholm. We met in tram station in the way to IFLA conference. Mrs. Margareta Torngern was one of IFLA founder in 1990s and she was member of IFLA executive board from 1983 to 1991 as senior director of the national library of Sweden.
She talked about when the federation was found without any communication and information technologies we have today and IFLA conference is held on its infrastructure. Can you believe now IFLA without IT?
